Do you ship to my country?
Right now we ship to most EU countries & USA, while we are growing, we're looking to further expand our shipping regions.
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time depends on which of the categories you choose.
We dispatch orders within 1-3 days after your purchase.
DPD: 2-10 working days for delivery for Europe. International parcels can vary from 5 to 21 working days.
Please note that orders are processed in the morning and if we have not received an order by 12 AM, it will be processed and dispatched the following day.
It is obvious but worth stating that if you give us an incomplete address or wrong address, you will not receive your parcel, so this is critical. It is not our responsibility to get the item to you if you have not provided a correct and accurate address.
My shipment has arrived damaged. What should I do?

Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation and 30 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 30 days). If you decide to return the purchased products, send us an email at zala@thewall.design and send your items to:

- Products must be unused in the original packaging.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Depending on the original payment it may take up to a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- The refund’s amount does not include customs fees from the vendor to the customer and from the customer to the vendor.
- If the product has been purchased from an authorised retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer.
- The refund policy is not applicable to personalised products or commission work.
Shipping fee back to us will be at your charge. Make sure to use tracking with your parcels to avoid losing them on the way back to our stock.
Refunds
We will refund the costs of the item, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
